Hey there! I'm Des - before I dive into my smoothie bowl of the day, I want to tell you a story.

A few years ago, I met a woman called Guna. I’d never met anybody with more talent, so at first I thought she wasn’t real. I mean, can a human really create such beauty? From website visuals to paintings, to drawings, to coffee art… she was the real deal.

A true artist (The jury’s still out on whether she’s human though! I vote elf.). To this day, she’s the only person I’d ever go into business with. Long story short, today Guna is one of the most successful and respected brand stylists in the world and she gets to do her art on a daily basis – and get paid well for it.

Guna here! Did you know that as soon as Des and I decided to go into business together and build an agency, we got so many clients, we never even found the time to build our own website?

It’s crazy – the requests came one after another, and even with our super selective application process, we found ourselves booked up for months in advance.

The problem was – a lot of the people coming our way – in fact, the majority – were not a good fit for us. It was either their budget, or their values, or their lack of a proper business that didn’t align with us and our process.

We knew we were missing a lot of opportunities by not having a properly defined brand identity and website for the agency.
